All ring orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next working day. We carefully inspect and package all jewelry items with protective packaging to prevent scratches and damage during transit.

We offer standard and expedited worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping location. Free standard shipping is available for orders meeting our minimum purchase requirement.

Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days for international deliveries, while expedited shipping takes 3–7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking system to update shipment details.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or clearance delays. These additional fees and processing times are beyond our control and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Due to the small size of ring items, please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer addresses.
